The Village Commons is located next to Family Village and features a large air-conditioned meeting room (1,500 square feet) with full stage on one end and a large wood fireplace on the other. The facility can comfortably seat 88 people at 11 round tables.

A separate 40-seat dining room provides an extra "break-out" room. The Common's commercial kitchen is sometimes used by DSC staff for meal preparation, but if a group is eating at Lawrence Lodge or Family Village, the kitchen can be rented for snack preparation.
